About The Speakers
Kelly Burch, Senior Strategic Account Manager
Kelly has been with CARFAX since 2020. In her position, she helps the largest banks and credit unions leverage vehicle history data to make better decisions throughout the auto loan lifecycle. She is originally from upstate New York, and is a graduate of both Saint Bonaventure University and George Washington University.
Amir Tosi, Account Executive
Amir has been with CARFAX since early 2024, and has five years of experience in auto finance. He plays a pivotal role in helping thousands of lenders see the value in leveraging vehicle history data to protect their auto lending portfolios and mitigate risks. He is a lifelong Virginian and an avid automotive enthusiast.
Special Guest: Dawn Chase, Senior Loan Officer, G.A.P. Federal Credit Union
Dawn Chase has been with G.A.P. FCU since 1998. Previously, she was the Collections Manager at the credit union for 12 years. Along with being a manager and Senior Loan officer, she is a certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
