It’s important to constantly manage your online reputation. Responding to positive reviews shows you care about every customer and responding to negative reviews allows you to win back unhappy customers while showing your dedication to excellent service.
You can view and respond to your reviews on the “Ratings and Reviews” tab in your CARFAX online account. When you’re ready to respond to a specific review, click the green “Respond” button. Enter your response and click the green “Respond” button once more to publish. It’s that simple!
